Legal notice
Accessibility
If any part of this website is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us and we will fix it or find you another way through. Effective July 20, 2026.
Our commitment
This practice wants its website to work for everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, enlarge text, or need motion kept to a minimum.
No rule requires publishing a statement like this one. What the law requires is that the site actually work. This page exists for a more practical reason: it gives anyone who runs into a barrier somewhere to write, and it tells us what to repair.
The standard we are working toward
The common reference standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.1, level AA. This site is working toward it.
That wording is deliberate. No formal accessibility audit of this site has been carried out, so saying it conforms would be claiming something nobody has verified. The commitment is real; a certificate is not something we have, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.
How to report a barrier or request an accommodation
Tell us what happened. It helps to include the address of the page and a short description of the problem, but neither is required, and you do not need to know why something went wrong in order to report it.
You can also use this channel to ask for information from the site in another format, or to ask about an accommodation for a visit to the office.
Write to info@bedashealth.com, call (786) 892-3327, or write by post to Palmetto Medical Plaza, 7100 W 20th Ave, Suite 214, Hialeah, FL 33016.
How quickly we respond
We aim to reply within five business days.
If the repair itself will take longer than that, the reply will say so, and it will offer another way to get the information you need in the meantime.
Known limitations
Saying what we already know about reads better than silence, and much better than a claim we cannot back up. Because no formal audit has been run, this is what we are aware of rather than a complete inventory. Anything you report gets added to it.
- Some pages use motion and animated transitions. These are switched off automatically when your device is set to reduce motion.
- Some images and video are decorative and carry no description on purpose, so a screen reader is not slowed down by text that adds nothing.
- The office map is a third-party Google Maps embed, and its inner workings are outside our control. The full office address is written out as plain text beside it, so nothing depends on the map itself.
- No accessibility overlay widget is installed on this site. Overlays sit on top of a site and rarely repair the underlying problem, so this practice fixes the pages instead.
Common questions
Useful answers before you contact the office.
No. This is a commitment and a contact channel, not a certificate. No formal audit has been run, which is exactly why the page says the site is working toward WCAG 2.1 AA rather than claiming it conforms.
